I’ve built 3 homes prior to this house with Provential.  Randy and Michelle did a great job and I’m well pleased.

Every house build comes with problems there is just no way around it.  The point I want to make is epic in that never once was I made to feel responsible for the problem (even if I was). I was never encouraged to work around anything.  They fixed it, they wanted me happy.  This is huge and if you have even built before using Provential then you get me!

Best builders we have ever built with. (In our 21 years of marriage, we’ve built two other times). Randy’s attention to detail and prompt response was always on par. He and Michelle always went above and beyond and always made us feel like family. We highly recommend them!

I want everyone to know that Randy and his team at Provincial Builders is an excellent choice for a general contractor in Parker County.  We ask Randy to give us a bid on our 1000+ sf renovation of our old home.  We had a general idea what we wanted and he guided us through design and bidding process.  As I knew there would be challenges with our electrical and plumbing getting up to proper building codes, I saw early on that Randy was the perfect fit for our job.  As a good contractor must do, he juggled other projects that he had in his slate but never did I feel like our work was left behind.  In the middle of the Pandemic, he kept us apprised of delivery delays and also quickly responded to my questions.  Whenever we thought things needed correcting, he didn't hesitate to see to it that the subs got it fixed.   I will use him again when the time comes for more contracting work!

He is very professional and his team helped keep us informed the entire time. We could not have asked for a better experience building a house. Especially during a pandemic, while also being 9 months pregnant. Randy was available at any time of day if we needed to meet or had questions, and continues to be a resource for us even after we’ve moved in. He kept us up to speed on each step of the building process and was super helpful with picking finishes. We now have a beautiful, very well built home and stayed in budget. During the process, he connected us with a designer to help us personalize and efficiently pick out all that goes inside of a new build while staying in budget. Communication was amazing throughout.
